Our charming apartments are situated in the Terra Amata (Beloved earth), where archaeologists have found one of the oldest marks of human presence known all around the World; on the slopes of Mont Boron, a privileged place in Nice, where many “belle époque” villas are located.
5 min distance from the sea, public gardens, bus terminals, trade of the Port of Nice and the cruises departures.
10 min distance from the Acropolis, the Conference hall and the Exhibition centre.
20 min distance from the Place Masséna.

The city of Nice is very well equipped in public transports and you can go to the Port or in the center of Nice, on foot, of the Villa.

To return you of the Villa to Monaco, the price of the ticket of bus is 1 € only!
Idéalement située à Terra Amata sur les pentes du Mont Boron, endroit Privilégié de Nice, à 5 mn à pied de la Mer et de toutes les boutiques du Port de Nice, à 10 mn à pied du Palais des Congrès Acropolis, du Palais des Expositions, des Musées et du Vieux Nice, à 20 mn de la Place Masséna.
Nous vous conseillons de ne pas venir en voiture à Nice (stationnements payants, peu de places...). La villa est très bien désservie au niveau bus et à un prix très attractif. (Ex: du Port de Nice à Monaco = 1 € le trajet bus!). Vous pouvez très rapidement accéder au Vieux Nice, à la mer ou au Centre, à pied. Les "Vélos Bleus" sont également à votre disposition à de nombreux endroits.
